ABOUT THE OWNER
Sherese Danielle

As a member and holistic health advocate of the BIPOC community I am passionate about the importance of connecting to mood management resources and de-stigmatizing the utilization of behavioral health services.
I believe therapists gain the most insight simply from listening and allowing our patients to share their unique experiences. This active listening informs behavioral healthcare care and ensures use of the most appropriate treatment modalities for therapeutic success. I believe in creating a collaborative space using trauma informed and person-centered care. With over 10 years of clinical counseling experience, I am well versed in evidence based treatment models. In working with me you will find highlighting strengths to support recovery and obtaining the best out of behavioral health services. My experience includes providing clinical supervision for those seeking independent licensure, advisory and leadership roles, as well as clinical program development. I pride myself on my ability to engage with the community and educate those interested in learning about self-care and healing. I have worked in community mental health, inpatient treatment facilities as well as collaborative care settings. I look forward joining you on your wellness journey!

PARTNERSHIP
Provider Spotlight
Hi! I'm Dr Jen!

I’m a board-certified Family Medicine physician with extensive experience treating mood and anxiety disorders. Over my years in primary care and behavioral health, I’ve seen how fragmented and disjointed mental health care can be—especially when medical and therapeutic providers work separately. I went into private practice hoping to change that for my patients. I believe healing happens when we take a whole-person view of mental health and create genuine collaboration between physicians, therapists, and other mental health professionals.
In my work, I look at the full picture—medical and metabolic conditions, hormonal and nervous system changes, nutrition, movement, sleep, and the social and environmental stressors that shape our well-being. I offer support to patients through lifestyle strategies, evidence-based supplements, and, when appropriate, medication management that complements the therapeutic process.
I’ve had the privilege of working alongside Sherese Ezelle in prior clinical settings, and I’m so grateful to partner with her again. We share a philosophy that true mental health support must bridge medicine and therapy. Sometimes addressing medical factors or stabilizing symptoms with medication allows the deeper work in therapy to take root and be more effective.
A large part of my practice also focuses on perinatal mental health—supporting mothers through pregnancy, postpartum, and the early years of parenting. I help new moms navigate the confusing and often overwhelming shifts in mood, identity, and energy that come with this season of life. My work includes diagnostic clarity, connecting patients with supportive therapists and groups, and helping them regulate their nervous system, balance hormones, and use medication when needed.
Through this integrative model, my goal is to make mental health care feel connected, compassionate, and evidence-based—so parents and families can heal, grow, and thrive.
